Checkout Cart Airtable Extension - Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the Checkout Cart extension (the “Extension”) for the Airtable platform, made available on the Airtable Marketplace (the “Marketplace”) by the Checkout Cart Team (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Extension is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users, visitors, and others who access or use the Extension.
1. License
The Extension is licensed under the MIT License. By agreeing to these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access, use, modify, and distribute the Extension for any purpose, subject to the conditions of the MIT License and these Terms.
2. Intellectual Property
The Extension, its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Checkout Cart Team and its licensors. The Extension is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of the United States and other jurisdictions.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
a. Use the Extension for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations. b. Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained within the Extension, as required by the MIT License.
4. Modifications
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide a notice of such changes on our website or through the Marketplace. Your continued use of the Extension after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Extension immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Extension will immediately cease.
6. Warranty Disclaimer
The Extension is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without any warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We make no warranties that the Extension will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Checkout Cart Team, its affiliates, licensors, or any of their respective officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Extension or these Terms, whether in an action in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Checkout Cart Team, its affiliates, licensors, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Extension or your breach of these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
